Topic: Capitalization of Names for the 1st grade

Lesson Overview

The students completed a capitalization lesson focusing on capitals in names and I. Students engaged in the lesson by collaborating ideas with partners. The students practiced their knowlege by finding correct and incorrect sentences and furthering the conversation by explaining why. The students completed a TMM worksheet, which I was than able to assess their understanding of the lesson.
